Food grade activated clay
Activated clay is a highly active adsorbent made of high-purity montmorillonite as raw material and processed by acid activation, which is the most widely used in the decolorization of the oil industry. Its production process is more complicated, generally through mining, coarse crushing, purification, acid activation, washing, drying, powder, screening and other processes; The purpose of acid activation is to replace the aluminum ions in the montmorillonite structure with hydrogen ions to an appropriate degree through sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, and to dissolve a part of iron oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide and other components to increase the specific surface area and improve the activity.

High-efficiency activated clay
TOP-S900 is an activated clay with high purity and low impurities. Compared with the classic activated clay, the decolorization rate is high, up to 99.9%. More importantly, the amount of addition is reduced by at least 20%, so as to achieve a technological breakthrough in low addition, high decolorization and low oil carrying rate to greatly reduce the cost of oil refining. TOP-S910 is an active clay specially used for reddening upgraded on the basis of high-efficiency activated clay, which has the characteristics of low addition and high redness, especially suitable for oils with high red content.
Rate-type activated clay
The characteristic of this series of activated clay is high filtration speed. Compared with classic and high-efficiency activated clay, TOP-S100 is based on classic activated clay, through unique technology to improve its filtration speed, with high decolorization rate, high filtration speed characteristics; TOP-S200 is an upgraded high-efficiency rate activated clay based on high-efficiency activated clay, which has the characteristics of high filtration speed, low addition amount, high decolorization rate and low oil carrying rate. It can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
Customized activated clay

It gently removes unwanted compounds, pigments and other adverse factors such as the appearance, taste and odor of oils. It can efficiently remove the aflatoxin in peanut oil and gossypol in cottonseed oil and retain active ingredients such as vitamin E. At the same time, we can effectively solve the harmful components such as 3-chloropropanol ester (3-MCPD ester) and glycidyl ester (GE) present in the oil.

Method of Application:
1. Add Amount: The amount of activated clay added in the decolorization process is determined according to the color of the oil and the requirements for refined oil; Generally, the amount of decolorization used is 2%~5% of the oil weight;
2. Method of Application: heating (80~100°C is appropriate) to revive when using, adding activated clay in proportion, stirring evenly, standing precipitation and filtering; If it is heated to more than 300°C during use, it will lose crystal water, and its own structure will change, which will affect the decolorization effect.
Packaging Storage:
Activated clay adopts inner plastic film, outer plastic woven bag two layers of packaging. It can also be packaged according to user requirements. Packaging weight is 25kg, or car, boat in bulk. It can also be customized according to user requirements.
