TOPOTU LITTER CONDITONER FOR FARMING [Specific for Dairy Cattle]

Primarily designed for dairy cattle farming facilities, this agent aims to enhance the hygienic conditions of the farming environment, reduce barn humidity, inhibit microbial proliferation, purify the surroundings, prevent udder inflammation in dairy cows, and increase farming profitability.

This product is primarily composed of ultrafine natural silicoaluminate composites and nanoscale mineral salts. Using advanced embedded processing technology from Germany, the high-molecular-weight nanomaterials are embedded into the molecular gaps of the mineral adsorbent, resulting in a nanopolymer composite product. The Topotu Farming Environment Improvement Agent is primarily suitable for animal farming facilities, improving the hygienic conditions of the farming environment, reducing barn humidity, inhibiting microbial proliferation, purifying the surroundings, and increasing farming profitability.

Application scenarios and functions:

1.Bedding area environmental purification

Prevent udder inflammation and reduce somatic cell count (SCC). The health of the udder is crucial in dairy cattle farming, and high somatic cell count (SCC) is usually a symptom of mastitis, which is closely related to the hygienic condition of the barn. According to research experiments, the correct use of Topotu Farming Environment Improvement Agent can effectively reduce the somatic cell count (SCC).

Preventive routine use: Spray the agent as evenly as possible in the middle and rear areas of the bedding area where there are water stains around dairy cows and calves, i.e., below the udder. When the bedding is thicker, increase the dosage or frequency of the agent appropriately. For better results, mix the Taogutu Improvement Agent with the bedding before laying it down. Spray once a week at a dosage of 50g/m². Increase the spraying frequency in high temperature and humidity to prevent heat stress.

Use for prevention and treatment of mastitis: Apply twice a day for at least 3 consecutive days to treat mastitis caused by udder edema resulting in inflammation and ulcers at the base of the udder.

2. Calf Health and Care

Apply the agent to the area where the umbilical cord is severed to promote rapid drying, accelerate umbilical cord detachment, and prevent bacterial invasion. It can be used continuously for 3 days. Applying it to the entire body at once can speed up the drying of the fur and eliminate parasites. Sprinkling it on the calf island and walkways can efficiently absorb moisture, maintain dryness, and prevent diarrhea.

Prevention of diarrhea: Sprinkle the Taogutu Improvement Agent uniformly at a 3% dosage ratio in calf feed to effectively prevent calf diarrhea.

Treatment of diarrhea: In the case of diarrhea caused by routine stress or bacterial and fungal infections, mix 1% Taogutu Improvement Agent (about a small handful) into the milk and feed it to the calf during feeding. Administer 2-3 times a day for 2 consecutive days. It can only alleviate the symptoms of viral diarrhea.

3. Prevention and Treatment of Foot Rot

The factors contributing to foot rot primarily include environmental conditions (excessive moisture and accumulation of feces), diet (imbalanced phosphorus and calcium levels), and pathogens (Fusobacterium necrophorum and strictly anaerobic Bacteroides nodosus infestation).

Preventive and treatment methods: After trimming the hooves and performing routine disinfection and hemostasis with potassium permanganate, apply the Taogutu Improvement Agent to the wound surface to accelerate wound healing. Alternatively, it can be poured into a hoof bath for dry powder soaking.

4. Postpartum Care for Cows

After giving birth, the reproductive tract of cows is susceptible to microbial invasion. It is important to pay attention to postpartum hygiene and clean the external genitalia and surrounding areas of the cow. Apply the Taogutu Improvement Agent to the external genitalia of postpartum cows once a day for 5 consecutive days. This can effectively adsorb harmful bacteria, inhibit inflammation and infection, prevent mosquito and fly bites, and promote the rapid recovery of normal reproductive function in cows.

These four aspects mentioned above are the routine methods of use for cattle farms. Due to variations in geographical environment and the level of intensification of different farming operations, specific usage and dosage may vary. Please feel free to contact us for professional and satisfactory service support.

In conclusion, the correct use of the Taogutu Farming Environment Improvement Agent not only optimizes the hygiene of the farming environment but also enhances the cows' immune system, thereby achieving the goal of increased production and efficiency.

Usage and dosage (reference):

Usage

Proposed dosage

Cow

Before Cattle enter cattle house

Spray in the barn the day before, on the day of, and the following day when the animals are entering the barn, to reduce the quantity of pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella in the environment. This long-lasting effect inhibits the reproduction of pathogens and improves the overall health of the herd.

30-50 grams per square meter.

Spraying on the bedding material in the resting area.

Spraying in the bedding area of dairy cows, especially in the udder contact area, can effectively reduce the occurrence of environmental mastitis and maintain somatic cell counts at a lower level. This helps to reduce the likelihood of nipple pain/cracking and hoof disease occurrence. It also promotes dry bedding and reduces the risk of mold growth.

30-50 grams per square meter.

All area of the calf barn

Spraying throughout the entire barn provides long-lasting antibacterial effects, effectively reduces humidity and ammonia, improves air quality, and reduces the likelihood of bacterial diarrhea, coccidiosis, joint diseases, and respiratory diseases caused by ammonia in the cattle herd.

30-50 grams per square meter, once a week. In case of high temperature, high humidity, or disease outbreaks, the dosage and frequency can be increased accordingly.

Application for calves

Applying it to the site of the cut umbilical cord can promote quick drying and detachment, prevent bacterial invasion, and continuous use for 3 days is recommended. Applying it to the entire body once can accelerate drying of the coat and eliminate parasites. Spraying in the calf pen helps prevent diarrhea and maintains a dry environment with antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.

Spraying on the calf island, the recommended dosage is 30-50 grams per square meter.

Dry powder hoof bath

Regularly conducting dry powder hoof baths helps maintain hoof health and reduces hoof-related issues in the cattle herd.

In a suitable amount.
