Suspended montmorillonite

Calcium-based montmorillonite was artificially modified to prepare sodium-based montmorillonite, which has better suspension and dispersion, making it a suspended montmorillonite.

Montmorillonite according to the type of cation that can be exchanged between the layers, content and crystal chemical properties, etc. It can be mainly divided into calcium-based montmorillonite and sodium-based montmorillonite, etc., montmorillonite because of its water absorption, suspension, dispersion, etc., so that it can have the function of suspension, adsorption, etc., is widely used in feed demolding, prevention of livestock and poultry diarrhea and other fields. Compared with calcium-based montmorillonite, sodium-based montmorillonite has better plasticity, swelling, suspension, adsorption and ion exchange, and has superior disintegration properties, and has no toxic side effects on the nervous, respiratory and cardiovascular systems. In addition, sodium montmorillonite as an internal preparation, is used as a digestive tract mucosal protectant, protective effect from the esophagus to the rectum, including the entire digestive tract, not absorbed by the blood, does not affect normal eating and defecation.

Calcium-based montmorillonite was artificially modified to prepare sodium-based montmorillonite, which has better suspension and dispersion, making it a suspended montmorillonite. After entering the gastrointestinal tract, due to good dispersion, it can quickly disintegrate and disperse, and has better adsorption effect on Escherichia coli, Glucobacterium aureus and rotavirus in the digestive tract, and also has a fixed antidiarrheal effect on bacterial toxins; At the same time, because the suspended montmorillonite is more dispersed, it has a higher specific surface area. Entering the gastrointestinal tract will cover the surface of the lost gastrointestinal mucosa more evenly and firmly, and can bind with the mucus in the digestive tract, enhance the cohesion and viscoelasticity of the mucus, and improve the anti-diarrhea effect.

Key Features:

The characteristic of the product are large water absorption, large expansion capacity, large cation exchange capacity, good dispersion in aqueous medium, large colloidal price, large specific surface area. And it can be used as a suspension aid, adsorbent and other applications.

Method of Application:

When used as an adsorbent, mix evenly with feed, do not sprinkle directly into the trough or put into swill;

Direct filling: make a mixed suspension according to 100ml of warm water per 6g of montmorillonite, shake well and fill with a needle-removing metal syringe;

When used as a suspension aid, at a certain stirring speed, the suspended montmorillonite is slowly added to the water, and stirred for a certain time to fully disperse the solution to form a uniform gel.

Add Amount:

As an adsorbent, the addition amount of 0.2~0.5% can effectively alleviate mycotoxins and hazards in feed and prevent diarrhea;

As a suspension aid, the addition amount of 5%~10% can be made into a uniform suspension gel.

Packaging Storage:

Adopts inner plastic film, outer plastic woven bag two layers of packaging. It can also be packaged according to user requirements. Packaging weight is 25kg, or car, boat in bulk. It can also be customized according to user requirements.

Store in a ventilated, cool and dry place to prevent mechanical to be impacted and rained.
